The patina radiates appealing luster in a satin-like manner which displays hints of light gray and faint amber tones. Creating this eye-appealing beauty. Slight stress in the flan exists, which is common within the series, and inconsequential in comparison to the almost Gem surfaces exhibited by this specimen. The Rouen (B) mint within the series is the second most difficult mint to acquire within the entire series. Only two examples are graded at the MS 64 level. One at PCGS and one at NGC as of 02/11/19.
