Terms of Sale

Coins and currency can be purchased directly on our website or you can give us a call. We do not have a printed price list, but are happy to discuss your needs in person. While the coins and currency for sale on our website are representative of our inventory, not all of our stock is listed online. We regularly acquire coin and currency collections and new items are first offered to individuals who have provided us with their want lists.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. You can return an item for any reason within fourteen (14) days. We guarantee authenticity.

Orders can be placed at any time on our website. Phone orders can be placed during business hours Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm MST.

Established customers regularly call and have us set aside coins pending payment rather than use the online payment system and we are happy to do that. We can deliver purchases to any of the coin shows we attend.

Arizona has no sales tax on coins and bullion items.

Layaways are welcome. Standard terms are 25% down with the balance in three monthly payments of 25%. If you need other terms, tell us and we will try our best to work with you. No interest is charged. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged on layaways cancelled or not paid within thirty (30) days of the agreed terms.

We prefer personal checks. We also accept Visa, Master Card, Discovery and American Express drawn on US banks and PayPal.

Shipping is FREE to all US addresses! Standard shipping methods are as follows:

FedEx delivery is available for an additional charge – contact us for rates.

International shipments can be made on orders over $1,000 to some countries. Please contact us for terms of shipping and sale on International orders before purchasing items.

Due to market volatility, all prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse to sell any item that is improperly priced due to our error. If any item is priced incorrectly we will contact you and give you the opportunity to remove that item from your order, accept the change or cancel the order entirely. All items are subject to prior sale and most have limited availability.

Our regular business hours are 8:00AM – 4:30PM MST, Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Every effort will be made to reply promptly to inquiries on the next business day.
