The surfaces are slightly prooflike and display a good-looking strike. Faint amber tones add to the overall look of this coin in a pleasant manner. Some adjustment marks on the reverse appear on the reverse in part of the right center. Second finest example graded by NGC to date and only one finer exists at the MS63 grade level.
