Minor evidence of abrasions exist on the highest points. However the sea, and ships are very well defined in the center of the obverse. The reverse glistens as does the obverse a little more in terms of luster. Overall the quality of the coin has the look of an AU55 that is graded at the higher end of the range in our opinion.
