Mexico City mint, KM157, Onza-1015. Choice for the assigned grade, a highly lustrous Uncirculated with a tad of softness in the centers (typical for the issue) likely preventing a higher designation. Only scarce in lower grades, although altogether missing in the comprehensive Eliasberg group, this transitional type is certainly conditionally very rare and desirable in this quality. Only five Mint State examples of this issue are currently listed in NGC’s census, the finest being MS62.
