Slight weakness in strike exists which is common for this Republic Provisional issue. This crudely struck type is the solid circle variety, scarce, and lightly toned. Some remaining luster is displayed on the surfaces which adds to the appeal of the coin. Currently this example is the finest certified at NGC as of 12/01/15.
