The surfaces are fully lustrous and virtually immaculate as the highpoints seem very well defined. Struck from a rusty die some gloss is visible on the surfaces and cartwheel luster is present. The eye-appeal is very pleasant for the type and the coin seem very conservatively graded by NGC.
